The B.E.L.I.E.F.™ Cycle
The B.E.L.I.E.F.™ Cycle maps how a hidden belief becomes a leadership reality. What you repeatedly believe eventually shapes your language, your emotional responses, your behaviour, and the outcomes you experience in your life, business, and leadership.
The cycle is self-reinforcing and operates largely below conscious awareness. Truth can interrupt and renew the cycle. Through awareness, renewal, and the power of the Holy Spirit, you can break old agreements and walk in alignment with truth, identity, and purpose.
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Belief
The core conviction formed by experience. The root of the entire cycle.

Past events and seasons that shaped what we believe about ourselves.
