Choosing to book a call can feel like a bigger step than people expect.
Sometimes it feels exciting. Sometimes it feels vulnerable. Sometimes it feels nerve-wracking because you know something needs to shift, but you may not have all the language for it yet.
That is completely okay.
We’ll take this one step at a time.
You only arrive at this point when you are self-aware enough to know something needs attention.
Maybe you are carrying a new level of responsibility. Maybe you are ready to move forward, but you are not sure what kind of support fits the season you are in. Maybe you know there is more God is calling you into, and you want help discerning the next right step.
That is what this call is for.
An Alignment Call is a complimentary conversation to help us explore where you are, what you are carrying, and whether there is a right-fit pathway for support.
You do not need to perform. You do not need to have perfect words. You do not need to have it all figured out.
Once we are on the call, it will feel much more comfortable than it may feel right now.

This is a complimentary Alignment Call, but it is still a meaningful appointment.
Please book when you genuinely intend to attend and are seriously exploring support, mentorship, coaching, formation work, or a next step inside this ecosystem.

Book a Leadership Formation Intensive
Sometimes the matter you are carrying needs more than a short introductory conversation.
You may be discerning a decision, navigating a transition, carrying ministry or business responsibility, leading through pressure, or recognising a pattern that keeps affecting how you respond, build, serve, or move forward.
The Leadership Formation Intensive is a 2-hour coaching session designed to help you slow down with purpose, bring language to what is happening, and discern the next faithful step with wisdom, clarity, and practical direction.
This is especially valuable for leaders who carry responsibility in public but have limited spaces where they can speak honestly, think clearly, and receive grounded support without performance or pressure.
Together, we will look at:
- What you are carrying in this season
- What may be shaping how you are responding
- Where wisdom, renewal, strategy, or obedience may be needed
- What the next faithful step could look like
- What kind of support may serve the season you are in
Your intensive includes the live session, pre-session intake review, session recording, written post-session summary, key insights identified, and recommended next steps.
Investment: $997
If you continue into a Signature 1:1 Programme within 14 days, the $997 intensive fee will be credited toward your programme investment.
Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with your session details. Please check your inbox and spam folder in case the confirmation is misdirected. You will also receive a reminder before your session.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged a $150 fee. Because this is a focused one-off intensive with pre-session review and post-session summary, payments are non-refundable once booked.
