The Method Behind the Work
Strategy examines what you are leading. Formation reveals what is leading the leader.
I use Emotional Stewardship, my proprietary Christ-centred leadership formation framework, to help you understand what is happening beneath the issue you bring.
We examine the beliefs, emotional responses and learned patterns shaping how you lead under pressure, including what is happening in your mind and body. Psychology and neuroscience help explain how a response formed and why it can feel difficult to change.
The deeper work is theological.
Under pressure, the gap between what you believe and how you lead becomes visible. You believe that God provides, that your identity is secure in Christ and that obedience matters, yet your decisions can still be governed by effort, approval, control or constant availability.
Theology shapes how we understand the issue, the questions we ask and the response we discern.
