The first stage is the most important one. Before you can build anything that lasts, you need to confront what is limiting you from the inside.
Giant Slayer is a monthly leadership community focused on the inner obstacles that hold leaders back: fear, shame, perfectionism, procrastination, people-pleasing, and the limiting beliefs that present as business problems but are actually identity problems.
This is where the formation work begins. Not with strategy. With truth about who you are and what has been distorting your ability to show up fully in it.

Kingdom Leaders: ACTIVATED supports leaders in building the rhythms, habits, and marketplace presence their calling requires. Each month includes a focused live training built around my five-phase framework: Courage, Conceptualisation, Formation, Implementation, and Expansion.

This is where calling becomes execution. Members work with me on the structural, strategic, and systems-level work that turns a formed leader into a deployed one: business development, offer architecture, authority positioning, and long-term Kingdom impact.

The pathway is a framework, not a rule.
Some leaders arrive already having done significant inner work and are ready for stage two or three. Others need to begin at the beginning and let the formation happen in sequence.
My recommendation is always formation-first. Business built before the leader is formed will always have a ceiling. Business that follows formation rarely does.
