I am obsessed with the stories of life—yours, hers, theirs, and ours. I believe our stories tell the truth of who we are, where we’ve been, and the legacy we are building. I was created to be a natural-born carer, an encourager, and a helper to all dreamers, helping others fulfill the life they were uniquely called to have.

My greatest gift is recognizing when the world’s caretakers need to be cared for themselves. I am the “coffee shop along the way”—a resting space where you can stop, breathe, and tell your story without judgment. I’ve worn many pairs of shoes and drunk from many cups: I am a mother to two neurodivergent teens, a Nona, a sister, and a friend.

I am dependable, resilient, and vulnerable. I’m the person who gets “annoyingly” excited over small things and occasionally talks too fast when I’m lit up. At 50, I’ve learned that life is best lived wholistically—embracing the stubborn moments and the snappy ones right alongside the deep love I have for people. I share my home with my best friend, Penny the dog, and Nova, my favorite feline snob. I’m here to hold space for you, because everyone deserves a place to rest.
