Queen Behind the Machine is a premium VIP coaching experience that goes to the root of what limits a leader: the beliefs, emotional patterns, and identity distortions formed over years of surviving, performing, and being everything to everyone else.
The work is built around my Emotional Stewardship framework. Over the course of the programme, you will:
- Identify the beliefs and emotional patterns that have been quietly shaping your decisions
- Dismantle the survival strategies that served you in one season and are limiting you in this one
- Rebuild your relationship with your own authority so that you lead from identity, not approval
- Develop the emotional maturity to hold pressure, navigate complexity, and stay grounded under weight
- Reconnect with your calling at its clearest and structure your life and work around it
Business strategy is available as a follow-on module for clients who want it. But the formation work comes first. Always.
The woman you've been trying to become is not the goal. The woman you were always formed to be is.
THE B.E.L.I.E.F. FRAMEWORK
Why it always begins with belief.
My B.E.L.I.E.F. Framework maps the cycle that keeps high-performing leaders stuck. Belief shapes thought. Thought shapes emotion. Emotion shapes behaviour. Behaviour produces results. Those results reinforce the original belief.
If the belief at the centre is limiting, everything that flows from it will be limited too. More strategy doesn’t break this cycle. Going to the root does. This is the work the programme is built around.
One client arrived as a certified coach with no clients, a brand that didn’t reflect her, and a confidence level that made her invisible. She left with a high-end brand, a signature programme, a successful launch, and a completely different relationship with her own authority as a leader.
Another arrived as a former Executive Director in healthcare, highly credentialled and internally blocked. The identity work unlocked what no amount of additional business strategy had been able to move.
