A guided formation mirror for Christ-centred leaders carrying responsibility in life, leadership, ministry, business, family, or assignment.
Formation is always happening, whether you attend to it or not. It is shaping the way you lead a congregation and the way you lead a company. The question was never whether you are being formed. The question is what is forming you, what that formation is producing, and whether you are willing to participate with the Spirit in what God is doing now.
This diagnostic is built for leaders carrying real weight: pastors and ministry leaders, founders, executives, and marketplace strategists. It moves slowly and asks you to sit with what surfaces, not just click through it.

Across about thirty minutes, or longer if you'd like time to reflect, you will:
Answer 35 questions across 5 sections, naming what may be governing your leadership responses
Pause after each section to sit with Scripture and a short set of coaching questions, and write down what surfaces if you wish
Receive a full formation report naming your primary and secondary pattern, the theological tension beneath each, and how the two may be working together
Receive a next faithful step, a prayer to pray, and a recommended pathway for continuing the work
This diagnostic is not designed to diagnose you. It is designed to be walked prayerfully, in the presence of the Holy Spirit, so He can help you discern what may be shaping your leadership responses. The goal is not simply self-reflection. It is to bring what surfaces into the light before God in prayer, and respond to it there, rather than remain governed by it.
