Second-guessing
You know how to make decisions, yet you find yourself questioning your judgement, delaying or looking outside yourself for reassurance.
A private 60-minute formation consultation for Christ-centred leaders facing a decision, recurring pattern, fear or uncertainty that is affecting how they lead, relate or move forward. We slow the situation down, explore what may be influencing your response, and identify what deserves your attention next.
The decision you keep circling. The reaction you do not fully understand. The fear or uncertainty making it harder to move. Bring that.
You may have noticed a reaction, recurring pattern, decision, belief or leadership situation that deserves a closer look. The consultation creates room to slow it down, explore what may be influencing your response and consider what requires your attention next.
You know how to make decisions, yet you find yourself questioning your judgement, delaying or looking outside yourself for reassurance.
Pressure is changing the way you communicate, delegate, monitor or carry responsibility, and you do not fully understand why.
A pattern keeps resurfacing in your leadership, business, relationships or decision-making and you want to understand what is underneath it.
Previous experiences of leadership, church or authority may still be influencing how you interpret what is happening now.
You are carrying other people’s emotions, expectations or outcomes and finding it difficult to recognise what is actually yours to hold.
You are trying to make a faithful decision while fear, uncertainty, disappointment or previous experience may also be influencing what you see.

We examine the beliefs, experiences, emotional responses, assumptions and interpretations that may be influencing the way you are seeing the situation.
We may consider what experiences or beliefs could be relevant, what appears to reinforce the response and how it is currently affecting your leadership, business, relationships, decisions or ability to carry responsibility.
Where appropriate, we also examine the theological questions involved, testing beliefs, assumptions or interpretations against Scripture, your understanding of God and what faithful Christ-centred leadership requires in the situation you are navigating.
Where relevant, the consultation draws on The Emotional Stewardship Model™, my practical-theological framework for Spirit-enabled stewardship of emotional life in Christ-centred leadership. It helps us pay attention to emotion and interpretation, examine what requires discernment and responsibility, and consider what faithful action requires next.
The consultation is not about giving you a label or a definitive explanation. It is about examining what has surfaced carefully enough to notice what may be relevant, test assumptions and identify what deserves attention next.
You will also receive a brief written summary of the key themes and observations from our conversation, together with recommended next steps.
The situation, reaction, pattern, belief or question that prompted you to book.
The Consultation is complete in its own right. The Intensive includes that full consultation plus two follow-up coaching sessions for those who want continued support as they work with what emerges.
One private 60-minute consultation to examine what has surfaced, explore what may be influencing your response and identify what deserves your attention next.
The complete Leadership Formation Consultation, plus two private follow-up coaching sessions to work with what happens in practice and continue the conversation as new questions, responses or patterns emerge.
Your first session is the complete consultation. We slow down what has surfaced, explore what may be influencing the way you are interpreting or responding to it, and identify what deserves your attention next.
After the consultation, you take what surfaced back into real life, supported by a tailored reflection or observation exercise where appropriate. You return with what you noticed, and we coach around what happened in practice, what became clearer and what still needs attention.
We work with the real situations you are navigating, consolidate what has become clearer and identify how that understanding needs to shape the way you lead, decide, relate or respond going forward.
A clearer way to describe something you may have been experiencing but struggling to put into words.
A more considered understanding of the beliefs, experiences, emotions or interpretations that may be relevant to your response.
Greater precision about what the situation is actually asking of you rather than simply reacting to the presenting pressure.
A clearer sense of what deserves attention next in the way you lead, decide, relate or move forward.
Choose the level of support that fits what you need, book your first session and complete the short intake before we meet.

Your confirmation email includes the short Pre-Call Intake to complete before we meet. You do not need to have everything figured out. Bring what has surfaced. We will start there.
The Leadership Formation Consultation and Leadership Formation Intensive are leadership formation and coaching services. They are not psychotherapy, counselling, pastoral care or clinical mental-health treatment. Where something emerges that would be better supported by another professional discipline, I will say so.
Bring the situation. We will start there.
